You won’t believe what Olu Jacobs said when he first met his wife
Popular Nollywood veteran Olu Jacobs celebrates His 74th Birthday today and his loving wife of 30years, who is also a veteran in the same industry have nothing but loving words to say.
‘Happy Birthday dear One. May your strength be renewed like the eagles and your children’s children surround your table. Have a beautiful day,’ she wrote.
Olu Jacobs starred in several international films some of which include John Irvin’s war film The Dogs of War, Roman Polanski’s adventure-comedy Pirates (1986) and the family-adventure film Baby: Secret of the Lost Legend (1985). On television he was a cast in TVS’s The Witches and the Grinnygog (1983 series). He has starred in over 200 Nollywood films and still counting.
In an interview a couple of years ago Olu Jacobs spoke on her he met His wife Joke Silva. He said, ‘I was having a meeting at the National Theatre and the door opened a young lady came in. I looked at her. I have never met her before in my life and I said to the people in the room ‘ladies and gentlemen, this is the lady I am going to marry’. Everybody laughed. She looked at me up and down, hissed and left. Today, she is my wife’
