English Premier League side Watford have released youngster Uche Ikpeazu.
This was disclosed in a statement released by the Hornets as the club confirmed that Ikpeazu, a member of the U21 team, will not be offered new contracts his deal expired at the end of the summer.
The Nigerian failed to stamp a place in the Hornets since his move from Readings in 2013 and was loaned to Crewe Alexandra, Port Vale, Doncaster Rovers and Black Pool in his three-year spell with the team.
However, the likes of Odion Ighalo, Adeyemo Ola, Ogo Obi and Ikechi Anya were all retained by the Premier League team. Ikpeazu, 21, had his best season in the first half of 2015/2016 season, when he scored five goals in 21 games for Port Vale.
