The Government Denies Claims That President Buhari Plans To Extend His Holiday


The presidency has denied media reports claiming President Buhari wrote to the senate asking to extend his 10-day vacation in the UK. Sources reported that the President sent a letter to the National Assembly indicating his interest to extend his 10-day vacation which started on August 3rd


Reacting to the report, the Personal Assistant to President Buhari on New Media, Bashir Ahmad, in a chat with sources, said the report is untrue and completely false. He said he is in touch with his senior colleague, Femi Adesina, over the report and that an official statement will be released soon.
