Manhunt launched for man who live streamed killing and said he has killed 15 people
Cleveland police are looking for a suspect who they say broadcast the homicide of an elderly man on Facebook Live in northeast Cleveland, authorities told CNN on Sunday.
The suspect, identified as Steve Stephens, claims to have committed multiple killings, but no other victims have been found, according to Cleveland Police Department spokeswoman Sgt. Jennifer Ciaccia.
NBC News reports that Stephens made a series of Facebook posts on Sunday claiming he’d lost everything gambling and that the posts named specific people he wanted to speak to.
Stephens is considered armed and dangerous. Authorities say Stephens was last seen wearing a dark-blue and grey or black striped polo shirt. He was also driving a white Ford Fusion, according to CNN.
