Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola says a fear of failure makes him “starving” for more success in the future.
Pep Guardiola led the club to the Premier League title in a record-breaking 2017-18, during which they became the first top-flight team to secure 100 points in a single season.
They also registered a record number of wins and scored the most goals in a Premier League season.
“I don’t like the feeling to lose games. That simple fear to lose a games make you hungry,” said Guardiola.
City could win their first trophy of the new season when they meet FA Cup winners Chelsea in the Community Shield at Wembley on Sunday.
