Bastian Schweinsteiger, Marcos Rojo and Daley Blind and Juan Mata could all be sold by new Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho this summer, according to reports.
The Daily Telegraph is reporting that the Portuguese coach largely determines the four players to be surplus to requirements at Old Trafford as he prepares for his first season at the club.
The same story says that Schweinsteiger has no future at United under Mourinho, and although the futures of Rojo and Blind and Mata are unclear, the Red Devils boss could keep the trio if he has to.
Mata’s future has been a relentless source of speculation following Mourinho’s appointment at Old Trafford, because it was the Portuguese coach who sold the Spaniard to the Red Devils from Chelsea back in January 2014.
The report comes after United announced the signing of Paul Pogba from Juventus on Tuesday morning.
